1. Q: How to place my order?
A: 1) First, you'll need to browse or search for the items you'd like to order. Keyword Search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. 2) When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here, you'll find more information about the item. 3) If you want to order an item, click the Add to Basket button on the right side of the product detail page. Use the Continue Shopping button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Basket at any time by clicking the Shopping Basket icon at the top of every page of our website. 4) When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Basket Items, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. And follow the quick and simple instructions to finish your payment.

2. Q: How do I use a coupon?
A: After click the item you are looking for, select size and fill in quantity, and then click Add to Cart. Review the items in your shopping cart. Enter coupons or discount codes if you have any. When you are ready, click Proceed to Checkout. Choose your check out method as guest or registered customer (registered customers can log in from the right page). Click Continue and you will be transferred to the payment page. Review your order information. You may edit your address and payment information. Select "Process Order" to complete checkout.

3. Q: Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
A: It is only possible to cancel or make change to your order before we start to dispatch it. Usually we process and dispatch your order within 3 days. If you want to make changes to your order, please feel free to contact us asap. If the item you want to cancel has entered the shipping process already, you can return the item upon the receipt.

4. Q: How can I add items to my order which has been placed already?
A: If you want to add items to your order which has been placed already, please contact us to stop the shipment of your order first, then tell us the items you want to add. Later we will tell you how to pay the new items. Last we will ship your two orders under one package. If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to add items to the previous placed order.

5. Q: What kind of currency do you accept?
A: At present, we accept British Pounds, Euros and US Dollars. While ordering from another country, your credit statement should include your bank foreign exchange rate on that day.

6. Q: What are my payment choices?
A: We accepts Visa, MasterCard and more cards through PayPal. For details, Please feel free to contact us.

7. Q: How do I check my order status?
A: You can track your order status by signing in and accessing the 'My Account' link from the site header. All orders placed under your username will be visible under the 'My Orders' tab. After you finish your payment, we will send you an email with your tracking number and tracking link, and then you can trace your order on line.

8. Q: How can I look up my order number?
A: If you aren't able to find your order confirmation email with your order number, you can go to the 'My Account' page and click 'My orders' to pull up your order information. If you are still unable to find your order details, contact us and let us know the email address and the name you used to place the order and we can locate the order number for you.

9. Q: What if my order never arrived?
A: Please contact us after 3 weeks with your order number.. We will investigate into your order and help you to find out your order.

10. Q: What if I forgot my password?
A: If you forget your password, please click on “Forgotten Password” and enter your email address. The shop will send you instructions how to reset your password.

11. Q: Can I change my username and email address?
A: You can follow these steps to change your username and email address by yourself, sign in 'my account' personal information. If it doesn’t work, please feel free to contact us.

12. Q: How long can I expect my order?
A: Generally, we will need 3-5 working days to processing your order and arrange the shipment. During the peak periods, please allow additional 1-3 days to process your order and ship it out. Usually you can receive your order within 2-3 weeks totally.

13. Q: How much shipping will be charged for each order?
A: All of the items in our store are free of shipping. Your shipment is insured and trackable

14. Q: How can I track my parcel online?
A: The tracking information will be sent by email 2-3 days after shipment. You can trace your order with tracking link within the email.

15. Q: Why does my tracking number not work?
A: In most cases, that means your order was just shipped. Tracking numbers can take up to 72 hours to be updated. Check back in 48 hours and the information should be updated. If there still no updating information in 48 hours, please contact us immediately.

16. Q: Will my order be charged a customs fee when it was delivered?
A: Usually, there will be no Customs fees since we will mark all our parcels as "Gifts" or "Samples” with a low value.

17. Q: What is your returns policy?
A: The customer has to contact us to get a return authorization and return address within 15 days upon receipt

18. Q: Can I have full refund if I return the unsatisfied item?
A: The postage fee is not refundable. The article fee will be refunded after the shipment has returned.

19. Q: Will I get a free package when I order?
A: Yes, each item will come with a free package which can protect the items during the transportation.
